Cervical Cancer
Screening: Pap smear (cytology) + HPV testing. Starts at age 25. Every 5 years till 65.
Management: Cone biopsy (microinvasive). Radical hysterectomy + lymphadenectomy (IA2-IIA). Chemoradiation (IIB-IVA).
Ovarian Cancer
Screening: CA-125, Transvaginal USG. No effective population screening.
Most common epithelial: Serous carcinoma. BRCA1/2 mutation risk. Treatment: TAH + BSO + omentectomy + chemotherapy (carboplatin + paclitaxel).
