Lymphoma Classification
Hodgkin: Reed-Sternberg cells (CD15+, CD30+). Nodular sclerosis (young females), Mixed cellularity, Lymphocyte-rich, Lymphocyte-depleted.
Non-Hodgkin:
- B-cell: DLBCL (most common), Follicular, Mantle cell, Burkitt (starry sky), Marginal zone
- T-cell: PTCL-NOS, AITL, ALCL
Multiple Myeloma
CRAB: hyperCalcemia, Renal insufficiency, Anaemia, Bone lesions (lytic). Serum protein electrophoresis: M-spike. Treatment: Bortezomib + Lenalidomide + Dexamethasone.
