SLE Skin Signs
Malar rash (butterfly, spares nasolabial fold), Discoid lesions (scarring), Photosensitivity, Oral ulcers, Alopecia, Vasculitic lesions.
Sarcoidosis
Lupus pernio (violaceous nodules on nose/ears), Erythema nodosum (shins), Maculopapular rash. Non-caseating granulomas on biopsy.
Dermatomyositis
Gottron papules (MCP/PIP joints), Heliotrope rash (eyelids), Shawl sign (shoulders), Mechanic hands.
